Back on recovery to rebuild my credit

Communication and transparency

I have made the BEST DARN decision by hiring Kopp Law

 I can truly stand by my words! When my step mom passed, I was in a bad space in my life. I took out an inquiry on bankruptcy and every attorney offices were calling me. Even when I told them I could not focus on it right now my mother just passed. They still were pushy and not sympathetic at all so I just hung up. It DOES NOT get easier than this

I contacted and interviewed several attorneys to handle my bankruptcy case - a couple came across as sleaze balls, a couple seemed like they'd be great to work with, but one thing they all had in common was their fee. They ranged between $2000 and $3500. I was trying to file bankruptcy! Where would I get that kind of cash?! … I had seen Mr. Kopp's ad - which actually included his fee - but I didn't call for two reasons. He was located in Tampa and I'm in Orlando, and his advertised fee was so much lower than the quotes I'd received that it MUST be a bait and switch … Turns out my concerns about Joe (Mr. Kopp) were completely unnecessary. As far as location, I never left my house to complete the process! And the cost? Straight up what his ad had suggested. A FRACTION of the costs others had offered! But what about the process? Mr. Kopp interviewed me for about 30 minutes during my inquiry call and my "work" was over. Apart from reviewing the docs he prepared before he submitted them, I had only to complete a couple of simple (State Required) online education courses (less than an hour total for both courses) and my part was done. My case was filed, my interview with the court's bankruptcy trustee took about five minutes by telephone and my bankruptcy discharged weeks before I expected it to be! It DOES NOT get easier than this. I could not recommend an attorney more highly for anyone who, unfortunately, finds themselves needing to file a bankruptcy. Mr. Kopp seems to care about me (the client) and doesn't seem to give a wit that he is bucking the clearly contrived cost agreed upon by what seems to be the entire legal community! Could somebody offer me the legal definition of "collusion!" Thanks, Joe. Sincerely, THANKS! May your tribe increase!

By the end of the call, I was almost in tears because things were just too good to be true.
