About Joe
William “Joe” Kopp is originally from Brecksville, Ohio. Mr. Kopp’s entire educational and legal career is focused on financial advocacy. In 2005, Mr. Kopp graduated from University of South Carolina, Darla Moore School of Business as a dual major with his Bachelors in Business Administration, Management, and Marketing and a minor in Political Science. In 2008, Mr. Kopp attained his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Stetson University, School of Business Administration. In that same year, Mr. Kopp received his Juris Doctorate from Stetson College of Law with a Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy. Following law school he worked for a large, multi-state consumer bankruptcy firm in Tampa. Within only one year of joining the firm he was training new attorneys and paralegals who joined the firm.
Joe has experience in the banking and investment industries. Mr. Kopp has a wide range of legal experience, including bankruptcy, personal injury, medical malpractice, multi-defendant torts, and traffic defense . He is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States for the Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court, and the Northern District of Florida.
