We are honored to offer our Veterans a discount on any matter, as well as our local first responders. Additionally, we offer seasonal discounts for schoolteachers, nurses, and more. Payment plans are indeed one option among many which we are happy to discuss with you during your free consultation.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

It depends on what you need us to do. Personal Injury cases, such as automobile accidents, and other civil cases, such as Foreclosure Defense, can sometimes take several months or more to resolve. 

· Chapter 7 Bankruptcy (approximately 3 months from file date to discharge)

· Chapter 13 Bankruptcy (approximately 3 – 5 years from file date to discharge)

· Traffic tickets (approximately 2 – 6 weeks)
